Exquisite chaos cut-up, samples firing like synapses scorching, glorious blasting frequency divebombs, stretched hands of the clock bending and breaking this way and that, tossed into the trash bag with glass shards at the bottom puncturing tiny holes in the polyethylene. Both projects have presented here what I consider to be some of their strongest work, and the material on each respective side perfectly compliments the other. Repeat listens aplenty are demanded, neither movement wasting a split second, every moment a stab, or a temporary moment of withdrawal only to put into action the next angle of attack. Grimy industrial, nods to the til-sun-up freak clubs, slivers of tender ambient shredded as a new peripheral loop slithers in....Culled & Suspicion set the targets high on this one, and didn't miss a mark once they let the ammunition spray.
